Job Qualification Requirements:
Must have a minimum of 1-year of proven prior work experience in the position. Must have experience in animal slaughtering, meat cutting, and wrapping for retail or wholesale marketing.
Ability to perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and handle simple financial tasks such as invoicing and petty cash reconciliation. Must be physically able to
perform tasks involving manual labor, including lifting 30~90 pounds, pushing, and pulling. Able to work all shifting and flexible schedules including weekends & holidays. The work
schedule for this position may include shifting and split shifts with 1-day off per week. Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid CNMI Food Handler's Permit. All applicants must submit

This is a temporary, full-time position. The employer will provide transportation and subsistence from the employee’s place of origin to the worksite and return transportation and subsistence at the end of employment, except when the employee does not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or when the employer has properly reported a voluntary abandonment of employment in accordance with 20 CFR 655.423(j)(1). Receive, inspect, and store meat upon delivery to ensure meat quality. Adhere to State & USDA-FSIS law, regulations and standards and all food safety regulations. Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats, such as beef, pork, poultry, and fish, to prepare meat in cooking form. Cut, trim, or prepare consumer sized portions of meat for use or sale in retail establishments. Wrap, weigh, label, and price processed meat. Prepare and place meat cuts and products in display counter, so they will appear attractive and catch the shopper's eye. Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers. Shape, lace, and tie roasts, using boning knife, skewer, and twine. Record quantity of meat received and/or issued to restaurants and customers. Keep and maintain records of meat delivered and sold. Cure, smoke, tenderize and preserve meat. Negotiate with companies or clients to determine order details. Do other related duties as assigned from time to time.
